After being the Chairman for the Mod Lit group with F.O.W.L., the two have merged and Phil is the new "Chairman of the board" for F.O.W.L this year. Phil has ran dwarfs and now Mod Lites for going on 9 years now. He has a long history with racing and with this experience, he is a true competitor. He is no stranger to the winners circle. Phil is constantly working to make his car the best at each track we go to. And each week it shows. He is always a threat to win. Phil is a clean racer and would rather take a lap or two to set up a pass, instead of run you over or push you out of the way. |
